Flowering question
My plants are currently 60 inches tall with 20 inches of head room. In flower for 4 weeks. Looks like I am up against it as far as running out of room. Any suggestions? Are the buds the right size? Since this is my first grow, I have no way of knowing. I am running the nutes at 1100 PPM.

Should I start flowering now considering th space limitations I have? Strain is WW from Nirvana. Sure is looking awfully full in my 2 x 4 closet. Rating: 5

They look great! But a bit tight!
Not sure what to tell you on the height issue. Just keep hoping they don't keep getting taller?
The buds look great, All crystally. Yummm:stoned:
The plant will pack on bud weight soon, as in within the next month. Many strains don't get huge buds too. However your likely to get alot more weight in the coming month.A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.

Flowering question
Would it be OK to remove some of the larger fan leaves to allow more light to reach the lower parts of the plant? If so, about how many to remove? I am about 4 or 5 weeks in flower.

A few more pics, for your opinion on the fan leaves. Also, do you cut these off at the stalk, and do you treat the wound with anything? Thanks for all your all's help.

no no no...Fan Leaves are like muscles...Do not stress them at this point. That is something I usually do during veg when lolli-poping my girls.
Here is my advice...Harvest the tops first...Give it a couple more weeks...then harvest the bottoms (it gives them a chance to catch up in development).

Flowering question
FYI, I went into flower about Valentines day, so I have about a month to go. What I wanted to mention to anyone else growing WW is the funk. I have been venting this out the whirly birds in my attic until the last week, and my neighbor mentioned the fact that we had a skunk in the area.He was correct in the fact about the skunk. It was very noticible in front of my house. I had to put a filter on my exhaust just to keep the neighbors from becoming suspicious. I thought I could get away without a filter by venting this into the top of the attic. Wrong. So if you are planning a grow inside, also plan on the cost of a filter, I promise you that it is more than necessary. BTW, thank you again to all of the folks on the forum for helping me through my first grow.
