For many of us within the entheogen community, it isnâ??t as much any particular drug that sets us apart but rather our motivations for the ingestion of these substances and that which we seek through these experiences.

You must have been on ecstasy to dream that up - OR - did you come up with a new unique drug and a new unique way of taking it. Soma perhaps, soylent green?

It is not so much â??something newâ?� but rather our ability to broaden our perspectives through the use of many of these substances. I think a lot of it has to do with our search as it relates to understanding the dynamics of mind space and the way we see our world- even the fabric of what we perceive to be our reality.

Now how about some corporate evil doers which is what this thread was originally about.

What is it that makes these corporations â??evil doersâ?� (as you refer) if not theyâ??re inability to understand anotherâ??s perspective- not unlike yours towards mine as it relates to the use of entheogens and your marginalization of said community?

OK. I get it now. You just discovered LSD. Sorry to be so dismissive of your community but you do come off with a holier than thou attitude that just does not fly. I don't want to bum your trip rather just help you to fully broaden your perspective.

I did take a number of LSD trips starting in 1970. Probably 300 to 400 times over the next few years. My perspective broadened substantially at that time. I went from being a Nevada red neck to being a regular friendly fellow. I can understand your feeling. There was a time when I felt everyone should do LSD or at least Ectasy (formerly MDA). You say broaden your perspective I say expand your mind. Six of one half dozen of the other.

Unless you were at the Sandoz LSD laboratory in Switzerland or in Germany you probably did not take LSD before 1964 or more likely 1965 or 1966 around when the Osley was available. Quite a while after I was done crappin and scracthin. But I guess you did everything first. Your first trip was at the Sandoz factory in 1938 the year LSD was discovered. Right on!!

I know Leadmag is a solid contributor to the form and I am not trying to bring you down. MDMA and MDA (methyldioxyamphetamine as far as I know) both have amazingly simalar effects and are probably at least related. From what I understand ecstasy (sp!) and MDA are basically the same thing. They are a hallucinogenic derivative of speed.

Anyway do what you need to keep mellow. I am just trying to cope with my pain and no longer use any other recreational drugs. Except alcohol and advil.

More like why would I wanna take my shoulder holster off just cause Im going to starbucks? What a hassle.

My favorite coffeshop is Caribou in Minnesota.....they do battle with coffee giant starbucks for turf.

In the Dam its the Bluebird coffeeshop...they dont allow the beggers and bums to loiter about looking for tobacco or change and have top notch selection minus the Cali THC extracts & chemical created THC products.
