I would think that they do since it's pretty much common knowledge that an oz. is 28 grams. If you think you are being shorted, I would suggest finding another club and maybe reporting them. They are supposed to make sure patients are getting their medicine not ripping people off!

Who knows, for the longest time I thought an oz was 30 grams because I always got a little extra in there...

One ounce is equal to 28.34952 grams. It's just easier for people to make them weigh 28 grams..

But if you do the math that comes to just 448 grams which is not a pound.:stoned: A pound is much closer to 454 grams so a true ounce would way a little over 28 grams.:smokin: If you buy a pound you should expect to get 454 grams. If you buy an ounce you should just expect the 28 gram standard. This also divides nicely for halves and quarters and leaves an 1/8 at 3 1/2 grams. Considered to be generally fair.

28oz-112qp-224hp-448lb on the street....only way you get 454 is when you buy in bulk(20+) & thats because the big scales only read lbs, so they dont get it down to the gram.

Be nice to your budtender and they may give you a few extra grams. As you can tell it is not an exact science.

The first two responses to this thread were not correct.

I have a feeling that if I bought an ounce at your establishment then I would only get 28 grams.

But your idiotic response just helped me decide never to go to Delta9. I'll spend my money with caregivers and dispensaries who aren't negative jerks.

Yeah chill on the hostility. I am sure that he posted that to stress his dissatisfaction with what he purchased nothing more.

I would say only you can be your best advocate when it comes to many things,,,medication and medical related issues especially. I would never buy something that doesn't seem right to you or it is your fault if you do. You didn't call a caregiver out on here so not sure why the hostility (guilt eating you Delta?)but when in doubt put the green on my scale or there will be no sale.:jointsmile:
