Healthy sprout? better pictures

hey guys i was wondering if you could let me know if this is a healthy sprout ill try to get some higher quality pics up but i dont have a real good digital camera yet. I was also wondering if you guys think this is a actual MJ sprout of if its something else? thanks for your help its greatly appreciated. The reason why im doubting it is cause the five leaves haven't appeared yet it only has two leaves that look like mj

takes a lil bit for the 5 pointed leaf to show up ..... sprout looks good so far and might be mj but kinda soon to tell for sure. Where seed come from??
