I think this mold problem is specific to me. I live in a very old house with a damp problem. The mold is in the walls, under the floors and in the air, basically everywhere. It grows on anything dark colored or damp, so I wasn't surprised when it started to make a home on the dark moist canna coco. Simply depriving it of a light source, prevents it from growing.
