So if a guy and girl come in together they get a discount and don't have to be a couple... a marriage certificate gets you extra, but if two guys come in and share an appointment, or two girls come in and share an appointment, they need to be a couple and quote a code?

Good try, but still discriminatory unless you've worded that poorly and two people of the same sex can come in paired as a couple just for the appointment, same as straight folks.
