Definitly quit smoking. I would atleast do some dillution the morning of the UA. If you scew up and it happens to spike guess what happens next.

My next drug test is Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. It's completely random. I was just wondering if I took it Monday, will it have gone up? Or will it keep going down? I used to smoke frequently.
