THC Levels

I've been clean since last Sunday, and last night took a two hits from a blunt.


In my outpatient program the THC level has to go down. My next drug test is Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. It's completely random. I was just wondering if I took it Monday, will it have gone up? Or will it keep going down? I used to smoke frequently. High every single day, almost all day. But about 2 weeks ago reallllyyyyy slowed down as opposed to where I was at. Please help. I'm just nervous it'll be higher than the last UA from those two hits. I'm 6'4 and 165 lbs if that helps. And my counselor told me my levels drop faster than most people. Should I dillute it? Or just let it go? Thanks...

Definitly quit smoking. I would atleast do some dillution the morning of the UA. If you scew up and it happens to spike guess what happens next.
