No dont hold it in for as long as u can your just gonna get light headed for not recieving any oxygen, It does matter how long u hold it in for but you really gotta hold it in for like 7 secs, or the way i do it til i cough which if i have a big enough hit i would but since u have a little ass amount hold it for 10 secs.

Now i have a question, how long should you keep smoke in your lungs. Till you can't hold it any more? Does it really matter?
