Personally, i think most of the thc is absorbed within 5 seconds of inhaling, holding your breath longer, imo, is just a placebo effect and or oxygen deprivation.

If you swallow the smoke, it will just linger in your stomach until you burp it up. It needs to get into your lungs to get you high, so don't do that shit.

naw i take a hit, then take a lil breath to make sure it goes in my lungs. then i swallow. kause supposedly the smoke will try to raise outta your lungs so you swallow and send it to your stomakh. just bekareful...my homeboy was smokin wit me and then his mom kame home and smelt it and said "were you guys smoking?!?!" and he say "mom you know id never smoke *burp*" puff of smoke flys out...lets just say i have no klue where he is...
