so what happens? nothing right. just like if you take pain meds. you just show them you script right??? i asked some one in my union and thought they should no as there a higher up in the union and they had no clue.

In Washington state, as well as Oregon; if your pee shows any mj you can be fired and have no recourse. Sad but true. It's not fair, but employers insisted that the law be written this way.

Also please note that if one has a prescription for protonix or marinol this rule of MJ in your urine goes bye-- bye. They have no recourse to fire you except AT WILL. Just too properly quote the laws and case law behind it.
