Wa. State v. Jason Fry: supreme ct. ruling
Finding a good attorney is never easy. He probably just picked one that someone else recommended to him. He should have done his research first.

And thats a rule for everyone to remember. Never rely on your attorney to do all the work. Get copies of everything he files and any depositions he does. There's always mistakes. And one simple mistake can kill you in court.
