Wa. State v. Jason Fry: supreme ct. ruling
Sounds like the biggest problem here is Dr. Orvald screwed up by not properly diagnosing the problem. All he would have had to done is write intractable lower back pain. And really this is part of the problem too. Are we expecting our doctors to be attorneys too?
And I also see where the court got a couple things wrong. You can have more than 24 ounces if you can prove medical neccesity, its in the law. 24 is just a guideline.
Any idea who represented Fry?
