When I worked at THCF, paul told the Dr.'s what to write for all patients, no need for any of the Dr.'s to play lawyer, but they are responsible to know what's legal and not . ESPECIALLY orvald, he is as old as dirt and was a successful heart surgeon before retiring. I was his 3rd patient on his first day after making paul replace dodge. PAUL AND I HAVE AN AXE TO GRIND.
