they just started from germ process bout 4 days ago and i go out of town and sumones turns the light off and i get back andd there dying there shriving small looking there under 24/7 flouros right now to help them get back to life then i switch them to outdoors

well there still young so i hate to say it but they might be fucked but still if there still obviously alive keep them under the fluros but cut back the hours of light to 18/6 because if you keep them under 24/7 when you put them out side the shorter hours of daylight might cause them to flower prematurely. Oh and try misting them from time to time that helps revive them a bit.
