not very clear on how to "train it" i know its something along the lines of having it grow in a certain direction or something like that. care to elaborate? also is there anyway to ensure it is female other than buying feminized seeds? thanks appreciate the help. and i do plan to have around four growing under that light.

I am growing one plant in a waterfarm garden with cana aqua vega A and B for veg cana aqua flores A and B plus rezotonic. for lights I am using a thousand watt metal halide and High pressure sodium. for seeds I am using caramelcious.
