Still stuck with Morphine

So, I got a card.... Nowhere to buy anything.... So I sit here at 4am, 200mg of morphine, nauseated and can't sleep and still in pain...
I have been told that this could really help me, even by my VA Doc, but I don't what to start something that I wont be able to get regularly.
I just feel like giving up all together.
