Everything else sounds pretty good to me. But, I'm not an outdoor grower :jointsmile:

The only thing I would add is depending on the length of your growing season and veg times, 5 gals might not be large enough for an outdoor grow. Just something to look into.

I'll take your advice and finish in 7 gallon pots. I'll go from 1 to 3 to 5 to 7.
