only if your a shop and legal and all that. those are the only ones u see post and get away with it.if your just working outta your house the mods will delete.if your a shop then contact the mods and send in your paper work.then they will let u post.

Don't the mods know that it's legal for an MMJ card holder to sell to other MMJ card holders? Or do the shops pay some kind of fee or something?

Only places with store-fronts can advertise like that.

nope all the sites that do allow ads are the same as here u need a store front or how do they know if your legal or not.i think they don't want any heat on there site so even tho it's med legal it's not full legal.so unless you have a store and a biz lic how would they know.i know all this because i posted saying i was a caregiver and they pulled my thread.i even pm'd the mod and said why not just set it up so we can send in copies of our red cards and whatever else you would need to prove we are legal.got no response i guess it would be to much to deal with with all the other stuff they have to do.

And how do they know if everyone subscribed and passing info about growing is licensed? Or even of legal age?

I did see a site a while back though that allowed advertising. I thought I book marked it, but I guess I messed it up because it's not book marked any more.

Anyone know of this site, or any others?

Because If I have to sell clones to the dispensories then I'm going to stop treating the roots and just keep that secret to myself.

you best bet is vendor maps.....or sell to disp.....but if you want a little advice, grow your cuts out if you havent already, so you can print off papers for each cut of how many days, yield, taste, potency, nute strength, or any other querks....also pics of the plant flowering & dry flowers.........then your cuts will sell....good luck

The reality is that if you do not have patients for the plants then you are running an illegal business and bringing bad attention to a situation where media and LEO are looking for any reason to give us bad publicity. You can't say that it is legal just because you have your Dr. recommendation and the other person does as well. Just like you cannot have 20 pounds at the same time and sell it all to patients unless you develop some sort of "relationship" and have caregiver status to justify it all. The reality is that a good portion of the dispensaries in CO are totally illegal and just hoping S*** doesn't hit the fan or just don't care and it frustrates a truly disabled person.
