Yes, I had one years ago. Carpentry Construction, and I never in my grandest thoughts thought of it as an individual. And they now do have greater rights then citizens, and corporate officials should go to jail. Screw the gray wavy line allowing criminals to hide behind a corporate seal. They aren't a government and should not be immune from prosecution for any misdeed that steals or knowingly misuses or loses on bad bets stockholder's money. And I don't necessarily seeing this happening with a small business corporations. If it goes broke, very few lose, not a nation or a majority of its working investors.
