As much as I abhor this policy of corporations buying elections, I'm in agreement with the judgement. There's nothing in the constitution that prevents a company from spending every penny they have on an election. The issue is FOIA. As long as they have to disclose how much money the paid for a candidate I don't have a problem with that. I wish there was a good clearing house that posted all donations given to a candidate that could be freely diseminated to the public. I want to know who owns my candidates.

Yes, you can give your nickles and dimes to elections, but they won't amount to squat after your corporate rulers get to trump them with their unending dollars to subvert anything that will actually benefit you.
