Pepe, 20mg of B2 is PLENTY...i've read so many posts where people pop like 5 or 10 B2 pills and I can't even imagine how neon-yellow their urine must have been...a sure red-flag that someone is trying to dilute...

Another bit of advice that may help...just keep in mind that the B2 makes your urine bright yellow, while vitamin C makes your urine slightly orange...what i found is that the perfect balance between the slightly orange (vitamin c) and the bright-yellow (b2), combined with adequate dilution (between 4-6 oz or fluids every 15 minutes) makes the color almost a perfect 'straw' yellow that looks VERY natural...trust me, if you take one of your b vitamins, add in 1000 mg of vitamin c and follow the dilution sticky perfectly, NOONE would suspect your color as being diluted...

...one more thing (forgive the length of my responses, but I know how nerve racking this can be and I know that good information is very hard to find, so I'm erroring on the side of Too Much Information, for your sake)...you may be used to seeing your urine when you are hydrated, so you are probably used to seeing darker urine...you'd be surprised at how light properly hydrated urine really is....basically, your urine should be about the color of light straw (color codes FFFF99 through FFFFCC)...use this color chart to help you see by entering the color codes...

Html Color Codes

...I overloaded on water VERY early in the morning and was ALWAYS able to keep my adulteration/color/dilution in check for well over 8 hours...i had to test this because I had no idea exactly when I would be tested, or under what circumstances...i thought it might be possible that I would be tested during orientation or something, so my goal was to be able to intake water as 'normally' as possible, and get complete control over my dilution for an entire day...This is another reason why I measured the size of my 'mouthfuls' of fluids to know that each 'swig' was equivalent to about 2 oz, which allowed me to keep track of my fluid intake by counting swigs...FYI 4 oz every 15 minutes with 20mg of b2 will look slightly more 'vitaminy yellow' but not overly neon-yellow, while 6 oz every 15 minutes will look just about perfect, so long as you have the vitamin c...just keep in mind it takes about 2 hours for the vitamin c and b2 to start showing up in your urine after you are waterloaded...

hope this helps
