I did buy a few at home tests from walgreens failed one with morning piss! Ive been going to gym to work out ive been doing about 45min cadio work. running/cycle and swimming etc i use the sauna i dunno why but it might help.
my plan is to use dilution method today i started taking creatine so if i do get UAed i wont be under but HOW MUCH CREATINE SHOULD I BE TAKJNG? i was thinking 5g a day? Anyone know?
