It was about 10 times before i got stoned becuase i kept gettin old shit or bunk shit. But know someone who smokes it and ask them to smoke you out and then take a big ass hit, suck in some air, and hold it for 15 seconds. Exhale. Repeat. Eat some cookies, get some water, enjoy and play PS2.
