I know some people will appreciate the fine quality of your goods, but I think there's nothing wrong with having bargain basement line of goods too. Just make it clear that that's what it is and price it as so. Where some places run into trouble is when they price mid-grade as top-shelf. Personally mid-grade should be priced $30-40, top-shelf $40-50 with the occasional long flowering sativa or pain-in-the-ass-to-grow strains priced $50-60 or maybe even slightly more. Now if you have all your strains tested, then maybe charge slightly more as you have the proof.

Personally I think too many places place priority on getting a high number of strains. I think that just confuses people. I think 9-12 is good, with those being a nice mix of indica, sativa, hybrid and also a price range mix too. At least bargain basement strain.

I think you have things right, but just add a bargain strain for those who can't afford more or for those like me who every time I visit a new place I feel obligated to purchase a little something even though I don't usually like even most places' mid-grade. I use the cheap stuff for my edibles.

Good Luck!
