CO2 in Growtent???

I have read a lot about CO2 being the "bees knees" when it comes to growing.. read in two books that it increases the yeild by 20-30%.. and in other places i have read that it does even more.. Has anyone used CO2 and can shed some light on this?? i was thinking of getting a system... was also checking to see if anyone has any recomendations on the besyt sytem.. i.e. a tank or one of those CO2 tablets that you get in a premaid CO2 bucket thingy you see for sale on the internet.. all advice s appreciated.. Excellent question, Some believe strongly in CO2 but others don't feel it's worth while. YMMV

Well i dont run a CO2 setup myself but looking at others threads that do it seems to do wonders.

My local hydro shop tells me it increases yeilds up to 50% (but hes selling it so no-telling if he is exaggerating.

The only advice i can give (because i dont run one) is that you should get a controller.
Its expensive, which is why i havent gotten one yet, but its to make everything simple and it does everything for you, it will adjust itself and make everythingg much easier.

Yes in my experience CO2 helps a lot with tric growth, and yield. There are scientific studies that show and explain how CO2 helps. If your room is well controlled, and you have high temp times of your day, set your CO2 to go off from a sprayer behind a fan at the hottest times of the day it will help level off temp spikes. Crystals will not only be more plentiful but the actual crystals will be bigger!! Spray over the plants not into them or under them as the CO2 will be really cold as its being sprayed. Don't use a burner of any kind as cheap'os will use for CO2 production it really increase your temps doesn't circulate very well. If your a good or even great grower CO2 will take you up a level.

i use a gallon jug with a tea spoon of dry active yeast and a cup of sugar.it will fizz like a soda for a day or two.just add mor sugar and shake,keep it in a bucket so in case of over flow.
