The only way its gonna happen is if weed is legalized, with the *SAME* rules, regulations, laws, and TAXES that alcohol has. Then and only then will things like a credit union and such be a viable option. in the mean time, write letters, send e-mails, etc to all of the elected officials from the top, on down. Make sure the emphisis is on local, state, and federal tax revenue, the reduction in law enforcement, legal, and incarceration costs and fees for *marijuana only* offences. Yes it will put the large grow operations out of business, but small, personal grows will still be allowed....same as brewing a couple of gallons of beer for personal use, or making a couple of gallons of wine. Think of it as the same as the end of prohibition.

OK, I have spent years trying to figure out how to unite everybody who believes that Marijuana laws need to be reformed. There are a lot of us but our beliefs vary to such a degree that separation and division is far more common than unity. I have come up with an idea that would be good for us all in several ways, for several reasons. Banks are greedy and self serving!! Credit unions are owned by the members who all have something in common defined within the Credit Union Charter with the Rating: 5
