I started this without really thinking too much, I just ordered some seeds that sounded doable for a stealth grow in any place really. I didnâ??t have any particular place in mind but I couldnâ??t resist popping that first beanâ?¦lol, shouldâ??ve thought of that before huh? Well if I didnâ??t start germination Iâ??d put it off too long and possibly never start, after all itâ??s been 7 years since I grew before. [Never let bad luck get you down: I lost about 2-3 potential pounds to mites on my last grow outside in the yard, and gave up for this longâ?¦] Anyways hereâ??s my compiled journey to my harvest. Did I mention the strain is an autoflowering plant? This will be interesting, for sure.

Day 1(Thurs 11/5) - Placed 1 seed in wet paper towel to germinate. Will check on it 2-3x a day to watch for the shell opening. Thatâ??s worked 100% of the time for me in past so why change it?

Day 3(Sat 11/7 6:11am) - Seed germinated. Cut top off quart milk bottle and filled with Happy Frog Jump Start soil.
8:30pm- Sprouted, placed 1â?� under Daylight CFL

Day 4(Sun 11/8)- Started construction of box, paint needs to dry and still need to final fit in the closet, place Mylar & vents, and hang light as well as get exhaust fan.

Day 5(Mon 11/9) - Almost finished box, need to mount and seal as well as tune vents.
5:30pm- Plant was outside for the afternoon while working on the box, & a bird? ate it. I found half the top and stem was missing, starting 2nd of 5 Little Angel seeds

Day 6(Tues 11/10 4:00pm) - Seed 2 germinated, planted in Happy Frog Jump Start.

Day 1(Wed 11/11) - Thinking about putting frozen bottles of water by intake to lower temps.
8:45pm- sprouting starts

Day 7(Wed 11/18 5:00am) - First watering & feed. ¾ tsp Fox Farm Grow Big to ½ gal water, 6 oz and some foliar nutes. Still working on second set of leaves, should be on third set tomorrow maybe Friday.

4â?� exhaust fan (80CFM) should be here Tues, then the plant can move under the 200w cfl as long as temps are ok (< 95?). Box is mounted and ready to rock except for the fans installed and the vents sealed and tuned for efficiency. I am venting into the attic with 3 aim-able intakes all around.

Day 9 (Fri 11/20) - Leaving for two days. Soil was still damp but decided to water some more. Watered about 3 oz of same mix from before with 1 T of Big Bloom added. Accidentally knocked over the plant while watering but it straightened out nicely.

Day 11 (Sun 11/22) - Foliar fed and sprayed for the flies (frog tank a few ft away has sort of whiteflies in there that might have migrated-noticed yellow spots). Branches are almost popping out but thereâ??s some seriously close nodes on this thing! Third set about half grown and you can see the next two sets already. Set 4 looks to possibly have 7 fingers! Still less than 2â?� from the soil and most of that is the stem before the leaves.

Day 12(Mon 11/23) - Foliar fed lightly. Yellowing continuing.

Day 13 (Tues 11/24 3:30AM) - Flushed soil 10oz: rapid yellow spot development and leaf tip burn. Raised light to 1.25â?�-plant stretched a tiny bit

Day 15 (Thurs 11/26) - Watered down nutes a bit (4oz water to remaining mix) and fed about 6oz. Also added 42w 2700K fluoro to the mix. Found out the yellow spots were from foliar feeding in bright light, not bugs. Starting LST

Day 16 (Fri 11/27) - Put plant under 95w 2700K cfl.

Day 17 (Sat 11/28 3:00AM) - Preflowers showing! Watered plain water 6oz.

Day 18 (Sun 11/29 2:30AM) - Fed and placed under 200w 6400K cfl. Might germ last 3 seeds soon.

Day 19 (Mon 11/30) - Transplanted to a 9.5â?� square pot. Germinated remaining seeds.

Day 20[1] (Tues 12/1) - Flowering startsâ?¦Foliar fed. Planted the 3 seeds @ 6pm after roots popped.

Day 21[2] (Wed 12/2) - All 3 sprouting. Set timer to 20/4, 5pm-1pm for LA1

Day 22[3, 1] (Thurs 12/3) - Stretching starting on LA1, filling in canopy quite well. Had to perform shell-ectomy on LA4 and accidentally removed one cotyledon.

Day 24[5, 3] (Sat 12/5) - LA1â??s soil getting dry, will water with plain H2O later today or tomorrow. Sheâ??s looking to produce over half oz, hopefully over an oz but we will see how the cflâ??s do.

Day 25[6, 4] (Sun 12/6) - Tied LA1â??s branches out, accidentally snapped a main one but it will hopefully repair. Also took a clone from her (lower branch that wasnâ??t getting light), clone died within a few hrs no rooting gel/powder added nor humidity dome (dâ??oh, forgot). LA2 & 3 getting 2nd set of leaves now & moved LA4 to veg under 6500K fluoro. Looks like she got some nute burn from the little bit of water I gave them. Ordered special offer DNA Genetics strains from The Attitude Seed Bank!

Day 26[7, 5] (Mon 12/7) - Broken stem on LA1 seems to be great now. LA4 is like 95% not likely to pull through. Flushed her soil last night in case she was burned from nutes and turned the light off on her while at work. Came home and sheâ??s pretty bad, stem was ok and inside 20% of her runty little leaves are still green but the rest is all crispy and browning rapidly. Man I canâ??t wait for LA1 to finish, supposed to be around Jan 13(9 weeks from seed acc. to breeder), will final flush her after New Year, at least a week total. S&P TD100X fan (130CFM) got here today; man that thing is a beautiful beast!

Day 28[9, 7] (Wed 12/9) - Finally got around to installing new exhaust (8AM). S&P wonâ??t fit onto existing fan & 90 degree elbow so put on new elbow and removed Inductor fan. Temps are now 75-82! Fed LA1 with a whole gallon of nutes & LA3 with 2c, LA2 still wet so switched 2 & 3 around.

Day 29[10, 8] (Thurs 12/10) - Starting to be a white winter! Moved LA3 back in with her sisters, hopefully she catches up to her twin whoâ??s a full set of leaves farther (3) & is starting branching. Going to get something to make clones (gel/powder/liquid) tomorrow so I can try to save the super quick maturity of LA2 for crossing to any Kushberry x Skunk (strawberry x blueberry flavor!) or LA Confidential x Skunk (quick) males.

Day 33[14, 12] (Mon 12/14) - Watered LA2 & LA3 with 1/6 gal veg mix each. LA2 smells like mild spearmint. Both have small branches now, LA3 still 1 set behind but growing at a good pace. They will get a transplant into 6â?� pots with next watering. LA1 took ½ gallon and a mild trimming; sheâ??s starting to smell a bit skunky. The seeds came in todayâ?¦will germ a KBS.

Day 35[16, 14] (Wed 12/16) - Fed & transplanted LA2 into 6â?� pot, will try to clone her in next few days. Also fed LA3, sheâ??s going onto fourth set of leaves and is minty green! Had to raise light a bit and reposition branches on LA1, she is stretching like crazy and seems to want more light but I donâ??t have it for her. 2700K bulb still in the mail after two weeks, finally got tracking number but itâ??s been in NJ (USA arrival scan) since the 8th.

Day 36[17, 15] (Thurs 12/17) - Took 2 cuttings from LA2 (second set of branches from bottom) to try and clone, noticed preflowers on her a full 2 days earlier than LA1. Flushed LA1 (1gal) since her purple stems and slight nute burn was continuing, over ½ gal came out bottom. KBS1 cracked so put it in LA2â??s old pot (after disinfecting). Am I getting over my head trying to set up a SOG and breeding project? I found myself bidding on lights on eBay that I really shouldnâ??t since I still have x-mas gifts to buy for 2/3 of my family and friends with only a week leftâ?¦

Day 37[18, 16] (Fri 12/18) â?? Watered LA2 with 1/3 gal veg mix. KBS1 is popping above ground this morning, so excited! LA2â??s clones (LA_1 & LA_2) are still alive so hopefully thatâ??s a good sign they will root. Only time will tell, should see growth in a few daysâ?¦

Day 38[19, 17] (Sat 12/19) â?? Watered LA3 with ¼ gal veg mix. Also LA_1, LA_2, KBS1 with plain water. KBS1 finally opened up and is vegging. LA3 showing preflowers and possibly even flowering already, need to get soil Monday and transplant her, also thinking about getting jewelerâ??s loupe while there unless I can get better macro pics. LA1 still stretching a bit so weâ??re about halfway through flowering, right on schedule for about 9 weeks total growing. Iâ??m getting impatient, want to start more seeds but need to wait and build a SOG box, let KBS1 get 5-6 nodes high so I can top & flower the clone for a potential mother or for pollinating LA2 or LA3. If KBS1 is a male then I can start more, so need to decide which ones.

Day 39[20, 18] (Sun 12/20) â?? Trimmed another 10 or so leaves from LA1 to increase airflow under the canopy. Noticed some of the fan leaves now have trichomes on them and itâ??s starting to get that strawberry fragrance to it instead of orange as was smelled a few days ago. Might need to water LA2 tomorrow. Noticed the clones were starting to get a bit yellow on the tips of the fans, LA_1 was loose in the plug so I pulled it out and she was sealed with no roots. Re-cut stem and shaved off a small piece of bark then wrapped a piece of paper towel around stem after dipping in cloning liquid so she would fit snug in the plug. Repositioned KBS1 to center of the three in back with LA3 on right side getting the least light(pic has LA3 in middle). Will transplant LA3 probably Monday when the soil dries out a bit. Still waiting on 2700K cfl, want to get another Bright Wing reflector so the whole depth is illuminated instead of maybe 2/3â?¦Will check prices at both hydro shops when I go get soil.

Day 40[21, 1] (Mon 12/21) â?? Transplanted LA3 into 6â?� pot, was a little rough with her but she should be good. Noticed she was a little N deficient, starting to yellow from bottom up. Also watered LA2 & KBS1 with plain water & LA1 with bloom mix. Was watering LA1 in kitchen sink when the doorbell rang so I threw her into the pantry, checked the door, & it was the USPS guy with my 2700K fluoro finally! Took 20 days to get here from Canada and the USPS tracking still says itâ??s in NJ! Also got a lighted 30x microscope to check the trichomes, LA1 is still 100% clear which is expected since she still has about 3.5 weeks to go. Nowâ??s the time she should start swelling and getting denser buds so perfect timing on the flowering light! It also came with a mogul socket so I can set up the veg box now! Man, Iâ??m so excited! Oh, and itâ??s flowering time for LA2 & LA3â?¦

Day 42[23, 3] (Wed 12/23) â?? Put 95w 2700K cfl over LA2 & LA3. LA1â??s buds are starting to swell & smell is no longer like berries . Sheâ??s got more of a spicy aroma now, but hopefully I can bring out the berry smell & flavor with crossing LA2 to the Kushberry (if itâ??s male). Canâ??t remember which bud I tried to pollinate with the bag seed pollen and canâ??t tell if anything is forming seeds either.

Day 44[24, 4] (Thurs 12/24) â?? Watered LA2 with bloom, LA3 with bloom & veg (for yellow leaves). Some of LA1â??s trichomes are cloudy, maybe an earlier harvest than expected (Jan 12-15). Also moved KBS1 under the 23w cfl for better spectrum & placement.

Day 45[25, 5] (Fri 12/25) â?? Stretching on LA2 & LA3 begins. KBS1 is forming branches already. LA1â??s calyxes are starting to swell a lot. No longer smells like fruit, but more a spicy skunk aroma.

Day 46[26, 6] (Sat 12/26) â?? Repositioned plants in the box: took out all boxes used to keep canopy even.

Day 49[29, 9] (Tues 12/29) â?? Watered LA2 & LA3 with bloom nutes, KBS1 with veg. Trimmed some large fans off LA1, they arenâ??t really needed anymore. Started LA1â??s 2 week flush. Debating on using lemon extract in water 1hr before harvest to give a little aroma/flavor.

Day 59[39, 19] (Fri 1/08) â?? Harvested LA1 a little earlyâ?¦Watered 50mins prior with 2 gallons of water, 2T molasses, 3oz lemon extract. Box now has LA2, LA3, LA_1, KBS1, and KBS_1 (rooting) left.

Final dry weight: 30 grams of fairly airy buds plus a good bit of trim to make hash.

I had set out to do a 21/3 schedule as that's what I've found recommended, but my timer kept resetting so I ended up just pulling the timer off and going straight 24/7 lighting.

I probably wouldn't have gotten the auto seeds if I had done much research on them, considering all the negative comments about them I've seen since. That being said: it tastes pretty good, more potent to me than 95% of what's floating around the street here(1 x .5g joint = 4 full 10+hr days), and being able to keep them so small and easily and still get a decent harvest is definitely going to advance this hobby by allowing a great number of people to grow who otherwise wouldn't be able to.
