all you need is:
4 cups of distilled water,
4 green tea bags,
1/4 ounce of very prime dried cannabis ground into powder
a screen filter for seperating left over plant matter
1 half cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
some pure honey.

boil the 4 cups of water, steep the 4 bags of green tea for about 5 mins, then while tea is still very hot, still 2 hot 2 drink add the 1/4 oz. of freshly ground cannabis to the steaming hot water and allow the herb to sit and soak in the hot water for about 15-20 mins or until cool enough to drink, but allow at least 15 mins for the water to absorb all of the thc content from the herb, then use screen to strain out left over plant matter, pour out all of the tea into 4 glasses as this is a 4 person recipe that is garunteed 2 rock your whole block as long as you use quality herb., lastly add 2 tbls. of lemon juice and 2 fat tbls. of honey stir well and enjoy pure relaxtion!.,
