So i'm beginning to get gray hair from all this worry, and you've all probably heard this a thousand times over, but:

5'9", 120 LB.'s, about 8.5% bodyfat.

I never used to smoke, but from Jan. 3rd - Jan. 7th, I smoked pretty much all those days in the evening. A few bowl hits each time.

I've been going to LA Fitness since the 14th to work out and sweat and try to work all this THC metabolite out of my system.

My test is the 23rd. Could happen the 22nd. (this friday/saturday)

that's 15-16 days clean. I took a First Check Take-home test 16th, passed with clearly visible, albeit faded line. I took another one this morning after working out pretty intensely the night prior, my piss was as yellow as could be. Line was barely visible. Both were first voids of the day.



Now, this test is the military-issued MEPS center test. the CG/MS lab test. The test that scares the fucking balls off me. The really accurate/more sensitve test.


What are my chances? I'm ready to say fuck it and do what I can to push my departure back.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

You passed two at home tests with the first void of the day. I'd say your gonna be fine for the MEP's test. Pick up some Metamucil, it will help you to shed some thc through your colon. And don't stop your exercising, alot of intense cardio will help you to burn fat and shed thc. This test is absolutely beatable and you have enough time to clean up. Sweating does nothing, and drinking loads of water won't help you either. Just stay calm and keep up your exercise regiment and you should be fine.

I plan to bring a giant bag of donuts/chocolate/fatty food and stuff my face the night prior, and get little sleep. I've been told that this will help lower my metabolism, and stop some fat-burning on test day.

It doesn't matter if the second test was barely visible, if you can photocopy it its a pass. You would be better off going into hibernation 2-3 days before the test. The Dilution Sticky at the top of the forum has all the information you need to pass.

If you are going to meps to take your physical to sign up, then you're good. They dont gc/ms they use a NIDT(pretty much like a home test). Your recruiter wont send you if your dirty anyway. Now if you are going to ship out then meps does a NIDT before you leave and when you get to boot camp they do a gc/ms.

What would be the best way to go into hibernation? just not eat?

Be lazy and layoff the fiber. You'll also want to eat as much fatty foods as possible. The idea here is to slow down the release of thc metabolites. This is also the best time to start creatine loading. You'll want to either buy some or start eating red meat heavily for the last 2-3 days before the test.

Really? That gives me a huge sigh of relief if that's true. But i've been told they do a lab test..dunno. And yes I plan to stuff my face with burgers and donuts friday.

Its true, i just went through that process a couple months ago. I was only clean for 2 weeks, its a cheap test. Dont stress your all good.

Oh yeah and they are gonna try to scare you to admitting that you've done any type of drugs before in your life. Everything they ask you JUST SAY NO. Dont even say you've ever takin an asprin before. They will say that they will find out and if they find out you lied to them you get up to 5 years in prison. Its all bullshit and an act, dont fall for it.
