Sounds like you really need some patients.

Maybe if you gave some good deals to non patients, some might switch over.

I dont think a patient should pay more than $75 a quarter from their caregiver, and that would be kind of high. $50 a quarter sounds better.

I smoke 2-3 grams a day, i cant afford $50 an eighth.
