How big of a target?
I posted this under the legal. Did not get enough response to satisfy my curiosity.
I have written a pamphlet/book on the topic of growing for medical use and a "system" that goes along with it. I would like to place it on a website and sell access to it for like only $5.............I expect to constantly keep it updated and yearly subscription would only be another $1. At least that is what I am wanting to do, as after 15 years I find I still learn new stuff weekly.
But. I have a home, am a medical user, a family. I know it is not illegal to write such a document....at least for now. But what about posting and selling access? Am I going to put myself on a Feds list? Will I get 'visits?'
Is it illegal to tell others how to grow? I assume I would have to come up with some sort of something to make sure access is only to 18+.
I already have a web site for something else and just getting a new domain and hooking it all up is a matter of minutes.
This is not 'new' information, instead it is a system that I use, and I reiterate all over the document many important facts that get lost in the jumble of a big book with ALL the info about everything, which to a newer grower is just confusing, extra cost, and actually not necessary except in a commercial setup, which is not what this is about.
I really want to get this out there and all set up, but am not confident that it will be 'safe' for me. The last....the very last thing I want to do is jeopardize my legality of medicine use. I think I would just do myself in if I lost the use of the only thing that really helps with my conditions.
