But your fine, it slowed my growth too, but you the only thing you can do is add more cfl's. With more cfl's, the plant grows better and 2-3'' away is great. But with few lights, i think you gotta get them very close to the plant, which, then you get burn, this is only IME

Oh i didn't see the ''grew an inch into the light'', thats probably what happen, so i typed this for nothing as superskunk was RIGHT-ON bra :rasta:

I am using 10 cfl's for a total of 17,500 lumens. From my experience, during vegg, I was able to keep the lights 3 to 6 inches away with no problem, but during flower, I had to move them atleast 10 inches away, as I was burning the hairs. Take a look at the chart I added, as Lumens are measured at 1 foot, so the closer you get, the more lumens, and heat you will be shooting to your girl

I'm not sure exactly how it happend i guess the plant just grew because snd touched the bulb. It looks disgusting but i just want to know how bad it is guys and what could happen (if anything) to the plant as a result of this.
