Yeah Denver water is not bad as far as TDS goes. My test strips show about 150-200 ppm consistently. ph is a little high usually ranging from about 7.5 - 8.0. My plants did much better once I started ph'ing the water.
I've also confirmed that they use chloramine. I'm not sure how important this is to non-organic gardeners because I don't think its harmful to plants at the low concentrations they use (1-3 ppm). However it will kill the beneficial bacterias in your soil if you are growing organically.
