I would (and did) get a small boy water filter, or something similar. In general, I have been advised fish and plant products don't always play nice nice..

So for about $120, you can have all the chloramine, and chlorine filtered out while keeping the valuable trace mineral that most tap water has. In most cases these minerals are GOOD for our plants.

These little filters are also rated for 60,000 before replacement filters are needed. SO if you use less than 10 gal per day (10 gal 365), it will last a full year.

Not bad tasting either.
