Taking a GC/MS drug test, please help!

I havent smoked in 30 days, i am very skinny (165 lbs 6'2.5" tall). I weightlift every other day; run and do sit ups everyday. I've drank lots and lots of water and have taken 6 azo cranberry pills daily the whole 30 days. I have a very high metabolism and eat 6 times daily (low fat and sugar diet, high carbs, protein and fiber). I also did a 7 day detox the first 30 days. If i took a gc/ms drug test today, would i pass? gc/ms tests are very sensitive, I want to have absolutley no thc in my system at all. Anyone else have experiences with taking GC/MS tests?

Just off the top of my head I would say that your as clean as it gets. But to be safe I would go to Walmart or Wallgreens and buy a home test kit. Use the first void of the day, its the dirtiest.

The chances your sample would go straight to GC/MS are slim to none. GC/MS is only used after an immunoassay test to confirm any non negatives or to test a B sample of a split sample. If you pass a home test chances are in the high 90's that you would pass a lab test either immunoassay or GC/MS.

The GC/MS is not more sensitive - its just more accurate than the Immunoassay screen. Even though their cutoff levels are different, a 50 ng Immunoassay is equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS. The difference is that the assay looks at all 31 metabolite concentrations, while the GC/MS looks at one metabolite concentration (THC-COOH). If you were to fail the GC/MS, you wouldve failed the Immunoassay as well.

The "7 day-detox" is probably the biggest scam of all the detox potion scams. It does absolutely nothing to rid the body of THC, like the sales pitch touts. Its nothing more than an overpriced bottle of vitamin water that just merely dilutes the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder, albiet temporarily. There is no product that can rid the body of THC (and that includes cranberry pills). Only time and exercise can do that.

yeah I figured it was a scam but i still tryed since I have nothing more to lose. Im willing to do eveything in my power to get clean. Do you think ill be clean just from exercising, having a high metabolism/low body fat, and drinking plenty of water for 30 days?

Well the thing is im pretty sure i am taking a gc/ms test since I'll be taking the test at basic training for the Navy. First day you get there you take a gc/ms piss test (plz correct me if im wrong). I already know I can pass a at home drug test. Ive passed one of those after a week and a half without smoking before; it was a faded line though if that means anything. But this gc/ms test has me worried.

Brah, ur good, just don't toke up or drink a lot of water just the normal amount and you will be good. Like FBR said they use gcms to confirm. Unless they got A damn good reason you will be tested with an elcheapo test, good there and end of piss test story. Fail the cheapo and get the mcgs as a damning vote.

THC is fat soluble and not water soluble, so drinking a bunch of water for days and weeks leading to the test does nothing. You cannot "wash" THC out of your body like you can wash a car. Doesnt work that way.
As I stated, only time and exercise can permanently rid the body of THC.

Yeah but doesnt drinking plenty of water help raise the metabolism?

There is no evidence that establishes that drinking water has any effect on the metabolization of THC.
