The GC/MS is not more sensitive - its just more accurate than the Immunoassay screen. Even though their cutoff levels are different, a 50 ng Immunoassay is equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS. The difference is that the assay looks at all 31 metabolite concentrations, while the GC/MS looks at one metabolite concentration (THC-COOH). If you were to fail the GC/MS, you wouldve failed the Immunoassay as well.

The "7 day-detox" is probably the biggest scam of all the detox potion scams. It does absolutely nothing to rid the body of THC, like the sales pitch touts. Its nothing more than an overpriced bottle of vitamin water that just merely dilutes the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder, albiet temporarily. There is no product that can rid the body of THC (and that includes cranberry pills). Only time and exercise can do that.
