IIGHT KOOL..HOW MUCH YIELD U THINK I WUD GET IF I START NOW.. THE STRANDS ARE BLUE CHEESE AND LA CONFIDENTIAL..BOTH FEMALES..DO I NEED A SPECIAL LIGHT FOR FLOWERING? WAT DO YOU SUGGEST

Irish has a good estimate but it also depends on what light you are using?

CFL's/fluro/hid/led

Im using a 400w setup and i use 6500k bulb for veg and 2700k for flower, goes pretty much the same for other setups.

If your using CFL's you would be looking for 2700k bulbs and double the amount of bulbs (ex. 6cfl's for veg/12cfl's for flower)
