I am glad you quit smoking weed/cigs. You never know what that will do to the baby, and everyone knows that smoking effects the babies health. If I were you, I would also do a hard workout where it makes you tired out. Go for a strenuous run or lift weights. This always helps me fall asleep because you get so tired out from it. I have stopped smoking cigarettes and weed and stopped drinking alcohol on the weekends and also am on no medication for my bipolar/mania.Does anybody know the best way for me to deal with this.I cant sleep at night EVER without having a goodnight cone or 2.Last night was so bad for me it was terrible.Im out of options for myself.How can i go to sleep peacefully and get tired at night(not wide awake).I cannot meditate to help as my mind races with thoughts 1000 miles per hour.Any ideas or help Rating: 5
