Lights Question?

Which CFL's are the best to use? Flood or regular? I really wanna know cuz I am using 3 diff types of CFl Floods. Ones bright white, soft white, day simulate. Every time i look this up nothing pops up. If someone could shed some light on this issue that would be great here are some pics of my biggest plant.

use whatever puts out the most lumens. never tried the flood lights myself, but it would be worth a shot.

The type of bulb doesn't matter. Only difference would be the spot light enclosed type might better direct the light where you want it.

When your looking for which color of bulb. You should look for it's kelvin rating, not what color it says you'll see(like cool white, day light...). For growing you want 6500K(best), 5500K(better), 5000K(acceptable). For flower you want 2700K.

cool white= 6500K (or so)
daylight= 2700K (or so)

sometimes the kelvins aren't printed on the packaging or the bulbs. the description of the light is a reference to the color spectrum.
