Genuine Ladybugs have about 7 spots, no "W", and a small head with 2 tiny "eyespots".

    Aloha

Your info on the asian lady beetles is pretty off...just so you know.

    From wiki.
"The Asian Lady Beetle is a large coccinellid beetle originally native to eastern Asia, but which has been introduced to North America and Europe to control aphids and scale insects...."
Think of your buds like chocolate chip cookies: some people like em crunchy and some people like em chewy. Personally, I want them tanned golden brown but not crispy....and no one likes cold raw dough in the middle of their cookie.

    Pretty off?
    I disagree.
A little off perhaps, but the pics and descriptions are spot on.

    Appearently they are not Vegans.
    I just looked it up.
I had accepted the "eat greens" info in another thread without checking, my bad. ( I should know better, but one can usually trust my source.):wtf:
    I stand corrected.

Aloha Jakester, thanks for keepin' me honest.
Oh, and the articles all say that what you have, is Asian lady beetles.
They swarm in the fall, enter houses.
But don't lay eggs while swarming.
    Real Ladybugs, don't swarm.

    No kill da messenger.
You might still have somthin' to sell.
They do eat aphids and scale.
They're just a PIA in the fall
They'll prolly be good bug eaters in the spring.

For the complete skinny, just google; "asian lady beetle vs ladybug".

    As for Wiki?
    Puhleeze!
    Not a good source.

Did I mention that I was once the president of Tuva?
    What, you no believe me?
Jus' gimme 8 minutes, then look it up on Wikipedia!:rastasmoke:

    Good luck wit da sales.

    Weeze
