Drug War and the Constitution
One right totally ignored is the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness where doing something doesn't interfere with an others well being or pursuit of happiness. And this doesn't mean because some religious kook deems that citizens smoking cannabis is an infringement upon their exact same right. :thumbsup:
