Midget plant with pics

Ok well I germinated and planted both of theses plants at the same time but one seems to not wanna grow I check the height daily and this little one has not grown in 2 weeks. Does any one have an idea as to why she is so small? Thanks. One Love.

Two reasons may be first. 1) Different strains 2) 1 is a female, the other a male. males tend to out grow a female in height so the pollen falls down on the female.

There can also be more than above, but from the looks of the pics this is what's going on.imho

What kind of lights are you using? what is the ph of your water? ph of the runoff? temperatures in the growspace? nutrients being used? do you have good circulation/exhaust? how often do you water?
