Ok, quick ( and probably dumb ) question.

If the condition you have is Chronic Pain and you already have your Primary Doctor's recommendation you need a 2nd from a specialist. Try a pain specialist or a Dr who specializes in the area of the body that you are affected.

Is it gonna slow down or possibly halt the process if neither doc is a regular doctor of mine? Also, has there been a halt on letting patients grow? If I don't have the option to grow down here where there isnt a dispensary, what other options are available?

One of the things that are slow is getting an appointment with a new Dr. It can take months if they are booked up.
As far as a personal grow license if you are an approved patient you can apply for your license and if all is in order you will get it. I think over 250 people have been approved to grow their own.

Ok, one more quick question and I think I will have all the info I need. I live in an apartment that has 3 other apartments next to it, about 5 miles out side of town. Is me not owning my own home going to affect whether I can grow or not? I was going to build a carbon filtered grow box in my bedroom, with locks on the doors of the box and security cameras on the front and back door of my apt. With the design I have, you could never even tell what the box was without investigation and no one comes in my house anyway. Any info would help. Thanks.

I did a wardrobe grow in a 1 bedroom apartment, luckly i was on the bottom floor so it wasnt so hot and stinky. plus management has to give you notice before entering so just cover it up when they do. peace

Be careful what you say to the landlord.

Well what I am actually trying to ask is if not owning my own property would affect whether the board lets me grow legally. My landlord is a cool guy, and if I would need his permission Im sure I could probably get it, Im just worried that renting a place might affect whether the boards lets me produce for myself. I WOULD just say fuck it and grow anyway, but I have a 4 year old son and want to make sure I do things legally.
