Thanks for the input - exactly what I thought.
I assume if the UA was the end of next week [10 or so days] I'm still in the same boat with regards to dilution [even with exercise, etc]?

Cause if substitution is my only chance then I guess I can go grab that J I was planning to save for after the results :smokin:
