The current initiatives tho not the ultimate in end result are a start. AFTER legalization, changes can be made to tax laws regarding cannabis. How it gets distributed (sold) will also be something voters can modify after the fact. We are wanting our cake, frosted, warm, and with ice cream. I would be satisfied with just cake.
