I think the decididng factor is by how large of a margin it passes. If it passes by a large margin maybe the legislature will leave it alone.
The other issue we have is judges coming in and killing these intiatives because they don't think we know what we're voting for.
All we can do is keep moving forward.
I agree,IF any of these Bills OR initiatives get passed ,you can bet that some asshat politician will file a lawsuit to throw it into the courts ,so they can "talk" about it for who knows how long.
As a MMj patient I am happy with the way things are now, I have legal cover to grow and possess Cannabis, so basically I don't want to see HB2401 ,as written to become law.:thumbsup:
