Split possession is a funny way of looking at it. I don't think the courts look at it that way, they generally charge 2 people with the felony and make out on both convictions. I would most likely talk to a lawyer about the split conviction if it was me. Especially in florida....

There were multiple bags in the same place, I am trying to avoid a felony v. misdemenor charge if someone else is willing to take a charge and reduce the weight to fall below that line. I live in FL.
