Split Possession

Just got a search warrant on my place. I was woundering if possession can be claimed by two different people. There were multiple bags in the same place, I am trying to avoid a felony v. misdemenor charge if someone else is willing to take a charge and reduce the weight to fall below that line. I live in FL.

im not sure about the states but here in ireland you would get done for the lot an someone else claiming some of it would be done on the same charge,you wanna talk to your lawer about the laws in your area he wont care if your guilty once he's gettin payed.

Split possession is a funny way of looking at it. I don't think the courts look at it that way, they generally charge 2 people with the felony and make out on both convictions. I would most likely talk to a lawyer about the split conviction if it was me. Especially in florida....
