I don't have a problem with most of these regulations except,
I do believe they should make exceptions for people that were convicted of felonies that did not effect others, i.e. felony marijuana possession. People that have been convicted of violent crimes, fraud, theft, ect I completely understand, but why punish people who have not done anything that would have jeopardized others well being?

I also do not agree with the fact that people who are a caregiver for a small group of people should have to be licensed with the state. Make the large dispensaries pay the licensing fees but leave the little guys alone.

If these politicians would open their eyes and realize how much income in taxes this industry could bring into the state, and by heavily regulating it they will stifle the budding industry doing nothing but increasing the cost of mmj to patients.

Fuck it they just need to legalize it already!!!
